Temporary change to ECSCAB Opening

Due to service delivery pressures, we will operate on the following core hours in the short term while we deal with our clients. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Temporary GOLSPIE OFFICE Opening Hours:

Monday – Thursday: 9am – 1pm | 2pm – 4pm

Friday: 9am – 1pm | Closed in the afternoon

We want to reassure all clients that this change will not affect our ability to support you. You can still leave a message at 01408 633000 or email advice@ecscab.org.uk, and an adviser will respond to arrange an appointment.

In case of emergency, we will get back to you as soon as possible. Alternatively, you can contact the Highland Council Scottish Welfare Fund at 0800 083 1887 or apply online via the Highland Council Website.

Our outreach sessions continue to run as usual, and we encourage clients to attend the one most convenient to them.

Outreach Sessions (effective from 6th January 2025):

Every Monday:

• Brora Library: 1:30pm – 2:30pm

• Helmsdale Community Centre: 3:00pm – 4:00pm

Every Thursday:

• Dornoch Hub: 9:00am – 10:00am

• The Hub Bonar Bridge: 11:00am – 1:00pm
