At East & Central Sutherland CAB, we’re committed to helping our community tackle challenges and find solutions. Whether you need advice on benefits, debt and money, housing, or anything else, our team offers free, impartial, and confidential support.

Here are our core office hours and updated outreach session times:

GOLSPIE OFFICE Opening Hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday: 9am-5pm

Outreach Sessions (effective from 6th January 2025)

Every Monday:

• Brora Library: 1:30pm – 2:30pm

• Helmsdale Community Centre: 3:00pm – 4:00pm

Every Thursday:

• Dornoch Hub: 9:00am – 10:00am

• The Hub Bonar Bridge: 11:00am – 1:00pm
